Plan of the day-


(1) Using recordings from the trainee's whole semester of fieldwork, creating a
documentary which include feedback from locals.
Objective-
(1) To gather feedback and reactions from the community and government institution in
order to assess the job that the trainees had completed in the field.
(2) Create a documentary using bits and pieces of the trainees' work over the course of
the semester.
Work Done-
As the third semester's fieldwork days at Nahoriya Village drew to a close, the trainees made
the decision to create a documentary by gathering comments and replies from the Various
members of the community and adding the significant work completed by the trainee as a
concluding activity.
The ICDS worker responded and explained how the trainees had worked to empower women
and children in the community by interacting with them and by raising awareness. The
trainee then took the ICDS worker's responses.
By gathering feedback from the school's teachers and children’s, the trainee also evaluated
their work there. The headmaster and other teachers gave the trainees' participation in various
group activities with the students and their organisation of activities for children's day,
teachers' day, and aids day positive evaluations.
The trainee intends to create a documentary based on these comments and include the
significant contributions made by the trainees in the village throughout the semester. This
video will serve as the basis for the evaluation of the trainee's fieldwork.
Observation-:
The trainee noted that the community's opinions and reactions were generally favourable, and
they showed appreciation for the trainees' work. There are no unfavourable comments or
reactions.
Analysis-:
The trainee gained knowledge of the community's attitudes towards the fieldwork performed
by the trainees. The trainee got familiar of how to obtain comments and feedback from the
participants.
Use of Skills and Theory-:
The trainee used skills for documentation and evaluation. The trainee employed technical
expertise to elicit replies from locals.
Difficulties Faced: -
Trainee didn’t faced any difficulties during the fieldwork.
Future Plan: -
Next day trainee will visit the school.
