OBLIGORS

“Obligors” shall mean MEIPL, BVMPL, MEL, MUPPL, and any of the Identified Project Companies
[including their KMPs and Directors] for availing any financing facility or undertaking any obligation under
the Financing Documents where the Debenture Holders are privy to the debt.

It shall also include entities/persons pertaining to the list of Documents set out below.
