EXCEL NON-DISCLOSURE DECLARATION

I declare upon my OATH that:

1. I will not share, divulge, sell, rent or give to other reviewees, students, and entities including social media
channels and forums, during and after the course my review at Excel Review Center, the following:
A. All contents of my Review, Refresher/Coaching programs particularly the materials, notes, photos and
screenshots of the lectures, presentations and examinations, may it be Face-to-Face or Online classes.
B. All contents of my Excel Online account including but not limited to the lecture videos, exercises, review
exams, refresher and mastery exams and pre board exams.
2. I will not share my username and password of Excel Online to anyone and be held liable for illegal and
unauthorized use of my account.
3. I will report to the Excel Review Center management anyone who performs such prohibited acts of copyright
infringement.

I understand that failure on my part to comply with the above declaration may result in the invalidation and or
termination of my enrollment without refund and legal actions in violation of Part 4 (The Law of Copyright) of R. A. No.
8293 (The Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines). I also understand that the criminal liabilities for copyright
infringement is a fine of 1.5 million pesos and imprisonment up to 9 years, on top of all civil charges.
