Respected Sir,

Dharaa Gupta, our final year student pursuing her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology is doing a research on
Mentalization and Emotion Regulation in socially anxious female adolescents.

She has to collect data from 250 to 300 adolescents between the age of 13 to 17 years.

The assessment consists of three scales. Which will take approximately 1 to 2 hours. After the
assessment a therapy session on ‘How to overcome anxiety’ will be provided to all the participants.
Every personal information collected will be kept confidential in Hospital records.

You are kindly requested to allow her to take data from your esteemed institute and I will be highly
obliged if you permit our student for the same.
