office/unit and in the achievement of the goal. An office/unit is like a machine which
cannot perform without all the parts - big and small - working together. That way they
will feel that their opinion to their respective functions as well as that of their colleagues
is indispensable in solving the problem at hand.

understanding “public service above self” principle, c.) working outside of office hours,
d.) working beyond specified functions for betterment of service, etc.

3. Inspire by example. Doing my job through my public service principles and work ethics

emulate them. From time to time share my experiences or learnings which led to such
principles and work ethics.
