* The teacher will have to introduce and discuss the following Equipments, Tools
and Utensils to students.
* Includes definition, function,features and image of the Equipments, Tools and
Utensils through Powerpoint Presentation.

E. Generalization

Why is it important to select and to have these Kitchen Tools, Utensils and
Equipment in Food (Fish) Processing?

Answer:
 It is important to select and to have these kitchen tools, utensils and
equipment in Food (Fish) Processing to make the process easier and
more efficient.
 Time, money and effort will be saved if you know its functions.
 You can have a best product and able to process a food in its best
quality.
 A great help in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness in the
kitchen.
