Why do we need to learn Intercultural Communication Skill? It important to learn
Intercultural Communication Skill to break down cultural barriers and building
awareness of cultural norms, as well as enhancing self-awareness, communication
skills and personal and professional relationship it also builds cultural sensitivity.
The Intercultural Communication also makes the world better because global
problems need global solution through global collaboration.
Culture defined as all the ways of life including arts, beliefs and institutions of
a population that are passed down from generation to generation. According to
Ahmad Junaidi, Ph.D, There are six elements of culture, the first one is the Social
Organization means that the way that people within a culture interact with each other
including the roles and responsibilities of certain individuals, the second is the
Language which means the fundamental aspect of culture and primary means by
which people communicate with each other and the third one was tradition which
includes everything from food and dress to music and dance, and often reflect the
values and beliefs of society, the fourth one was religions, religious beliefs and
practices can influence everything from personal behavior to social and political
structures and also can provide a sense of community and identity for individuals
within a culture, the fifth one wad Arts/Literature, a fundamental aspect of culture and
the last element of cultures was the Government form which means can range from
democratic and authoritarian systems to more traditional or tribal form of
governance.
Intercultural English communication of the 21 st Century is the idea and act of
using spoken, written, and multimodal English to communicate ideas in a culturally
different and diverse context for the purpose of increasing the wellbeing and benefits

The aims of global education help countries in mobilizing resources and


implementing innovative and context appreciate solutions to provides education
remotely leveraging hi-tech, low-tech and no-tech approaches. it also seeks
equitable solutions and universal access and ensure coordinated response and
avoid overlapping efforts. So, in today's world, globalization is an important concept
for students in higher education to understand and appreciate because of the
demand in business and industry to hire people who can work with people of other
nations and cultures. Global education aims at opening a global dimension and a
holistic perspective in education in order to help people understand the complex
realities and processes of today's world and develop values, attitudes, knowledge
and skills that will enable them to face the challenges of an interconnected world.

much ‘make-up’ on. The content of the essay should be reflection of your academic
and leadership capacity, not the reflection on how good you can fake your academic
