Strengths - Becoming an empanada vendor has certain benefits because this dish is
popular and unique to the Ilocos area. This food is not only delicious, but it also readily fills you
up. Also, they put sweet longganisa into their empanadas to give them a distinctive flavor.
Weakness - The business has an inadequate potential for marketing to bring in new
clients. Because it is close to a repair shop, the firm is in an unfavorable location, has limited
space, and is situated in poor conditions.
Opportunities - The business needs to expand to accommodate a large number of
customers, be located distant from a repair shop, and clean the area appropriately.
Threats - The product's ingredients could become expensive, the environment could
have an impact on how well the product sells, and the employees' actions could drive the
company into bankruptcy.
