ABSTRACT;
This study includes the assurance of the impact of pineapple (Ananas
comosus) strip separate, (with and without salt), on textures stained with
oil, ink, hair color, antiperspirant, mud,and rust. A 8” X 9” cotton white
fabric was utilized. The fabric was smeared with the 0.01 g smudge in the
middle, (aside from the antiperspirant where 4 strokes were applied). The
different smudged textures were set aside for 10 hours, after which were
treated with 5 grams every one of Clorox, and pineapple separate (with
and without salt) for 10 to 20 minutes. This study was restricted to the
direct of visual perception. The positioning test was considered to decide
the level of inclination of stain eliminated. Results showed that evacuation
of stains relies upon the conceivable response of indicated stain against
the chemical piece of hostile to stain arrangements utilized. The impact of
the over three arrangements gave massive impact as stain evacuation.
Monetarily accessible Clorox was used as the control. This had the option
to reduce most of the above stains. Nonetheless, the level of decrease
relies upon the stain. Pineapple squander separate (corrosive) and salt
(sodium chloride) were compelling against rust, mud,and antiperspirant.
The impact of the texture brightening was not recognizable from the three
mess evacuation arrangements because of the spread of smears
contributed by various messes in the textures.

INTRODUCTION:
Stains are a common occurrence. There are more than 100
powerful stains and cleaning agents. Stain removal is dependent on the
type of stain and the chemical response that it causes once it penetrates.
These are a few of the solvents that can be used for stain removal in
contact. Stains, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, and
reducing solvents Lacquer solvent, inert solvents, hydrosulfite, sodium
hypochlorite, and sodium chloride Acids, detergents, etc. Many
commercially accessible stain removers exist, but Customers are unaware
of its efficacy or the kind of stains they are getting from it. Able can be
removed. Clorox is a popular stain remover and bleach. The Salt is the
primary component of Clorox, a well-known commercial stain remover.
Seawater-derived hypochlorite that transforms into.
In particular to remove rust (iron complexing agent). It works as an agent
to remove rust. Because it joins with ferric to form a stable, water-soluble
salt. Citric acid-containing fruits could serve as a stain remover. They
remove fruit stains well because “like dissolves like. “ However, In
comparison to oxalic acid, its acid is regarded as being weaker. pH, time,
concentration, and There are several other factors that influence how
bleach reacts with materials, including temperature. According to
Halvorson, C.(nd), rust can be prevented by mixing vinegar and salt.
Others mentioned it. Vinegar can be used to remove grass and ink. In
addition, Halvorson (nd) noted that salt is ideal for removing deodorant,
ink, and grease. Research project (Mendoza, K,2016) demonstrate that
pineapple waste and baking soda work well to remove stains, but

In the Philippines, where pineapple is widely grown, the use of

pineapple waste as a stain remover may be very useful. Northern
Mindanao, SOCCKSARGEN (Southern Cotabato, Cotabato Province,
Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos City), Bukidnon, Bicol,
and CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) are a
few examples of these locations. Additionally, it is noticed that the
Philippines is the Second greatest pineapple-sending out country on the
planet close to Thailand. The crop was planted on 57,687 ha in 2009,
yielding 2,198,497 tons. As a result, there is more waste produced. This
study focuses on the effects of salt and acids from pineapple waste on a
variety of common stains, including grease, printer ink, deodorant, hair
dye, mud, and rust. The use of pineapple waste is noteworthy. It likewise
centers around the degree of whitening once stain

Evacuation is applied. Pantothenic acid, ascorbic acid, citric acid, and

malic acid are all found in pineapple. Filipinos without access to
commercial stain removers could make use of waste products like As
trash pineapple. Moreover, stain remover is frequently unavailable in rural
areas. Places. Thus, this study used acid as the primary component of
pineapple wastes. Used with salt to remove stains. Clorox serves as a
control. But in this paper Only includes observations that can be seen and
is supported by literature reviews. It is proposed.(Ho) that there is no
substantial difference between and among the three stain removers When
grease, ink, deodorant, hair dye, muck, or rust are applied to clothes.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM AND OBJECTIVES;

The primary objective of the study is to determine whether an
alternative method for stain removal on fabrics employs an extract of a
pineapple plant. It also aims at the validity required to remove the stains
and the benefits we receive. In contrast to the other references we use,
the study will assist us in locating the plant’s content, which cannot cause
harm.
1. To demonstrate the viability of the Pineapple Stripping as a stain
remover

2. To know how long the length is for the stain to be taken out

RESEARCH QUESTION;
1. Does pineapple really helps in removing different kinds of
stains?
2. Is pineapple as stain remover much more environmental
friendly than commercial products?
3. How efficient is pineapple as stain remover compared to
commercial products?
HYPOTHESIS;
H1. Stains of all kinds can be removed with the help of pineapple peels.
H2. Peelings of pineapples does not aid in stain removal.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY;

This research was conducted to help housewives in removing
stains on shirts. This study functions as an alternative for commercial stain
remover product and to create much more efficient and effective stain
remover. And lastly to create much more environment friendly stain
remover rather than using chemical based products like Clorox etc.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY;

The development of a dishwashing agent from pineapple
peeling is the primary focus of this research. It includes the processes for
making use of something that can be discarded but still be used.

DEFINITION OF TERMS;
For the understanding of the study, the following terms are defined in the
context of this research;
Restricted-This study has limitations to the direct of visual perception
