The conclusion was that her physical injuries would require at least 31 days of medical attention or incapacitation.

    4. POSTERIOR PORTION OF THE NECK (NAPE) –
    HEMATOMA

    Treatment/Management:
    1. RECTAL REPAIR – SUTURING OF LACERATIONS
    2. PROCTOSIGMOIDOSCOPIC EXAMINATION
    3. FOLLOW-UP EXAMINATION OR OBSERVATION

    Conclusion:
    The above physical injuries shall require medical attention or shall
    incapacitate the victim for a period not less than thirty one (31) days.
