Josephine works as an Art expert in the Louvra Museum in Italy. In a few days, a major
auction is being held but a painting of the famous Muska Vilma painting by Leorana Dimon goes
missing. This matters greatly to the art museum because an art collector named Vincenzo
Rangoulstus will be there at the auction. He is famous worldwide and is an important client of
the museum. Determined to find out who the culprit is, the museum hires a team of the city's
best detectives to crack this case.
But not everyone is who they seem.
Josephine is brought in as a suspect for stealing the painting, having been the last person to
be in the room to inspect the painting before it was stolen. Maybe the detectives were right. But
a second suspect is pulled in— the museum’s director, Pistachio LaBron . This causes an
immense wave of surprise to the employees of the museum who have heard of the news.
Maybe the detectives are right, but how can they be so sure as to accuse the museum director,
the very person who hired them to search for the culprit.
Well, it turns out that Josephine knows something the detectors don’t.
On the night where Josephine inspected the painting, as she was about to leave the
museum, she heard a slight muffled noise coming from the room where the painting was. Then.
She notices shadows on the wall, a woman-hair in earrings and 2 men, one skinny and tall like a
long bean and the other fat and rotund. Josephine feels the urge to scream for help for
someone, anyone braver than her to catch these detested thieves, but being a quiet and meek
person, Josephine remains silent.
Now, as Josephine sat on the cold metal chair with her hands cold and clammy, three very
similar people, the detectives walked into the room. There was a woman, with puffy brown
dreadlocks and eyes big as saucers. Gold hoop earrings adorned her ears. There were two men
that stood behind her. One fat, and rotund with rosy cheeks and tufts of blonde hair. The other
was tall and lanky with crooked teeth and bushy eyebrows. They seemed eerily familiar to
Josephine. But how?
The interrogation begins. Josephine and the Museum’s director are asked two questions
each. What is your relation to this institute and what do you know about the painting. However,
instead of answering, Josephine seems to stare into blank space. She seems to be staring at
the tall and lanky guy, does he look dangerous to her? Or is it just love at first… The leader of
the pack is screaming her name. She seems to have woken up from a daze. Stammeringly, she
answers both of the questions.
Why was she so distant during the interrogation?
Something hit her. 1 woman…2 men…one fat one skinny….hoop earrings. Everything fitted
together! The detectives, yes they’re really good at their job: catching criminals. One has said
that to truly understand the mind of others, put yourselves in one’s shoes . Well, this should not
be the problem for these so-called detectives considering the fact that they are criminals.
Later on, Josephine goes on a spy mission to dig out evidence that may just prove who the
detectives really are and to answer the big question: Who stole the painting?
Were the detectives right about their suspects or is it someone else? Will the museum be able
to find the painting in time for the auction?
Only time will tell…
