have to be ready for work every day since carrying solar panels, in particular, requires a lot of
strength. Even though I was under a lot of pressure, yearned for home, and felt exhausted while

preparations, but while I was in the training field, things were different from how I would
Beginning with our OJT in Engr. Tangalin, On the annex building in Engr. Tangalin, we
constructed a solar array over the first two weeks. We utilize an electric drill as equipment. We
found it a little challenging to install as OJT students because we are not particularly skilled at
installing solar arrays, but we were able to complete it over time and it was simple to pick up.
Our OJT involved the installation of a solar array throughout the third and fourth weeks. The top
of the annex building was then covered with grounding wire. With ATP cable, we also perform
cable tugging. The only challenging aspect of cable pulling is inserting the wire into flexible
metal housing and tugging it as far inside as you can. But there’s also a thrill so its good.
Additionally, we pull cables for the termination transformer. Because the wire being pulled is
often extremely large, it can be challenging to pull. In the annex building, also installed
communication and data link wiring. And put in ground wire to the annex building solar arrays.
The fifth, sixth, and seventh weeks of our OJT were spent installing a ground cable on the solar
array. After that, we clean the annex building where the barracks will be moved before
examining the stability of the mounting clamps on the solar panels. The annex building’s wall
has also been painted. Then we create conduit support for DC cables. We also secured a conduit
supports, sometimes known as a clamp, to the conduit wire. Then we painted the annex
attached grounding rods and grounding cables. Followed by lightning rods. And once we were
done, we made sure that all of the connections and terminations we had made were in working
order. And when we looked, everything appeared to be in order. They are all operating as

a real industry. For students, on-the-job training is significant and essential since it broadens their
knowledge and helps them recognize their strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. OJT gives
students the chance to gain practical work experience, which aids in the development of their
professional skills and competencies. After putting in the necessary number of hours for the on-
the-job training, the student has received an intensive learning experience, ethical working
