4. Grounds for disqualification of bid:
a. Bid form not sealed in an envelope and no signature on the envelope flap
b. Incomplete details in the bid form
c. Bid amount is lower than the indicated starting bid
d. Having two or more bids on a unit from the same bidder (The bidder should only have
one bid per unit.)
5. Opening of the bids shall be witnessed by at least one (1) competent Officer of the Bank other
than those under AMRG.
6. The bidder with the highest bid (which must be above the bank’s indication price) wins.
7. Bids must be made in increments of P1,000. Any fraction thereof will be rounded off to the
nearest thousand.
8. In case of a tie, the bidders must submit another sealed bid to break the tie.
9. The winning bidder must settle the following:
 PHP 5,000 registration fee per unit – to be settled not later than the following working
day from notice. This will be deducted from the winning bid price.
 Full amount of the awarded unit/s: to be settled within five (5) working days

Failure to do so would mean forfeiture of the winning bidder’s right to acquire the lot/s he won
in the bidding. He will also be barred from joining succeeding bidding or auctions.
10. RCBC may opt to offer the lot/s to the second highest bidder upon forfeiture of the winning
bidder.
11. The second highest bidder must settle the registration/reservation fee not later than the
following working day from notice, and the full amount of the awarded lot/s within seven (7)
working days. Same rule on forfeiture (#9) applies.
12. The Bank has the right to withdraw any unit/lot from the list prior to the sealed bidding.
13. All units are sold an “as-is, where-is” basis, both as to physical and legal condition.
14. Winning bidders will be notified via email, text and/or call, within the day right after the opening
of the sealed bids.
