Hello and welcome to Group 2 Corporation! I am Ms. Julienne Rei Curimao, and I will tour you today.
We are thrilled to have you here and show you around our facilities at CRWT Tower Building. The
Group 2 Corporation is currently the top-performing company internationally and is dedicated to
providing high-quality products and services.

The company ensures that our employees are efficient by applying critical reading, writing, and
thinking in their respective jobs. During the tour, all of you will have the opportunity to see our
facilities and departments and meet some of our talented employees.

2nd slide (lobby): But before we proceed, we will have a short icebreaker and I know that we are all
familiar with it, the game is called "bring me". Ms. Delos Santos will discuss the mechanics:

start at 2nd then all floors: (Proceed to introduce each reporter on each floor)

2: On the 2nd floor, the Accounting department was managed by Ms. Dela Cruz

3rd: 3rd floor is our Customer Service department and is managed by Ms. Laborada &
Ms. Delos Santos, Christine

4th: The Marketing department is located on the fourth floor and Ms. Delos Santos Jane & Mr.
Eguillos were the department head.

5th: On the 5th floor, the Engineering department was under Ms. Enriquez and Ms. Gabiaso

6th: Our Production department is located on the 6th floor and Ms. Gabriel & Ms. Geneta runs the
department.

7th: Purchasing department is on 7th floor and is under me, Ms. Curimao & also Ms. Delos Santos
Christine

8th: The head of sales department at 8th floor is ms. Jalang

9th: The Quality assurance department is managed by Mr. Delfin & Ms. Laborada in the 9th
department

10th; and finally on the 10th floor is the Recreation area, where Ms. Dela Cruz is in charge.

Now we should proceed to the 2nd floor.

14th slide: The next topic that will be discussed is the writing process. This topic contains different
processes like plan, design an outline, Research, and Fact-Check to Ensure Depth of Information,
Pique the Readers’ Interest, Reach Your Audience , and Always Proofread. The following will be
discussed by the employees.
