Hello everyone,

Today we're gonna talk about something connected to the beginning of our new sessions. The
New academic year reminds us that time is not permanent. It moves silently and stops for no
one. So it gets a little tricky for everyone to cope up with the past year mistakes or habits that
needs to be get rid of.

So how do we do it ?
Answer is simple…. resolutions.

A single goal or a list of goals one wants to accomplish or get rid of might form a new
resolutions . They give us a new chance to achieve something in our academic life.It is also an
excellent opportunity to start over and make changes in our life.It is what we promised to do at
the end of the year. Making a resolution is crucial because we need a goal or purpose to live. A
resolution for the coming session is an idea that better defines and represents you.
Having new resolutions is a thing to be proud of and to share with others.
Before moving forward, it is important to keep in mind that the changes must be fair and
respectable. For a resolution to work in our life, we must be a person with strong determination.
Strong determination and willpower will help us to stay firm and consistent in our taken
resolutions.

Now here are some resolutions that we can adopt during this school year :
exercising daily,
going to bed early,
eating healthy food
being polite and helpful
Being consistent in studies
Being patient
Learning from mistakes
etc
