May I recommend to your good office the designation of Mr. JORGEN D. SALON, As the School
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Coordinator of 106549 CAPAOAYAN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL for School Year 2022-2023 who shall establish, implement, maintain, evaluate,
revise and continually enhance the DRRM framework of the school. Mr. JORGEN D. SALON shall be
vested the Roles and Responsibilities of School DRRM Coordinator of which he must to fulfill, follow,
accomplish and be committed to. To wit:
1.) Acknowledge receipt of advisories and reminders 11.) Ensure the availability of updated baseline
