Cleopatra VII the great ruler

Cleopatra the queen or a pharaoh of Egypt she ruled Egypt


over 20 years and she made ancient Egypt a famous place,
she was also rich person in ancient Egypt, and she has a good
relationship with Julius Caesar and Marc Antony. And she
was remembered for one famous person in history because
there are funny pomes and stories, William Shakespeare did
a play on Cleopatra and Marc Antony.

Life of Cleopatra

Cleopatra was born in 69BC Egypt, and her full name was
Cleopatra VII Thea Philopatry, and Cleopatra was married to
her brother. Her family was from Greece, she was born to
Macedonian and Ptolemy I Soter and she had 2 sisters and 2
brothers. And she was clever and well educated, as well she
can speak nine languages such as Ethiopian, Troglodytic*,
Hebrew, Arabic, Aramaic, Median, Parthian, Latin,
Egyptian, and Greek
Becoming a Pharaoh

Luckily Cleopatra became Pharaoh with her brother Ptolemy


in 51BC.When she was 18 years old, even though Cleopatra
was a Pharaoh with her brother, but her brother was not
happy because he only wants to lead the Egypt, so Cleopatra
worked with a Roman Empire called Julius Caesar to take the
throne from her brother, unfortunately Cleopatra´s brother
was killed and then Cleopatra and Caesar was leading Egypt.

Cleopatra´s Family

Soon afterwards Cleopatra and Caesar they had a good


relationship, and they had a son who`s name was Ptolemy
Caesar but sadly Julius Caesar was assassinated in 44BC and
after few years in 41BC Cleopatra met Marc Antony a
powerful Roman leader shortly after some time Cleopatra
and Marc Antony fell in love.
Octavian and Marc Antony

Octavian was a Roman emperor and he want to take Egypt or


want to be the king, but Marc Antony and Cleopatra do not
want to be the king or pharaoh, unfortunately there was big
war but sadly they was defeated by the Roman emperor
Octavian.

The death of Cleopatra

According to the legend Cleopatra was dead by a snake to


poison herself.
