Subject: Permission to conduct Farewell Ceremony for B19 students.

Dear sir,
The Computer Science Engineering Association (CSEA) wishes to organize
the farewell ceremony for fourth-year B.Tech(B19) students in the AUDI (
Badminton Court). The farewell is expected to be held on 28th of April 2023
and will take place from 5pm - 12am. The date has been changed from the earlier
approval requested for the 12th of April which stands cancelled. Through this
event we would like to congratulate our seniors on reaching this incredible
milestone and wish them all the very best for their future endeavours. The event
will consist of performances by students, felicitation of retiring faculty and games
for the graduating batch.
We kindly request that permission be granted to conduct the event. We are hoping
for a positive response.
