Airways. I am currently working as a Duty Manager at The Westin Doha Hotel &
Spa, a five-star, luxury hotel based in Doha, Qatar. I am enjoying my current job
however; I would like to continue to follow my dream as part of your esteemed
organization. My experience in hospitality management continuously expands
having to work in the Front Office Department for 9 years now. Throughout my
career, I have honed my skills in operational as well as financial management.
Moreover, I am adept at introducing improvements for increased efficiency in
customer service through training new and experienced hotel staff within our
department.

I am a highly dedicated employee not only aimed to meet but rather, exceed
customer satisfaction. I constantly keep looking for ways to increase hotel profit
and improve its overall service.

Having to work in a multi-cultural environment for several years has turned me


into a good team player. I am well organized which allows me to multi-task
without jeopardizing my responsibilities.
