Managing time poorly is a major source of stress and anxiety.

People has a stress for several reasons. All emotions bring with them stress. So, people must learn
live with stress, and they must learn to manage their stress. I think, there is three main reasons for
have stress. First reason is time. People who do not have managed to time always have stress. They
are always late and even they cannot attend most invitations. They always think that not have enough
time. They cannot sleep enough and because of not having plans they are always stress. Second
reason is responsibilities. People have much responsibility. For example, monetary responsibilities,
family responsibility, child responsibility, lesson responsibility etc. Also, people can have all these
responsibilities at the same time. These responsibilities want real plans and effort. If people do not
have necessary success for a responsibility, they have stress and they can’t be good in other
responsibilities. Finally, money is a reason for stress. Finding an excellent job for earn money Is a big
stress. Be successful in a good job is a stress, earn a lot of money is a stress and make money, spend
money and manage money is a stress. In conclusion, people may have stress because of time,
responsibilities, and money.

There are many results of stress. First, people may have psychological problems lead to stress. Stress
forces people to make choices all the time. For many people, choosing is a big problem. People who
have so much stress may have illness like depression. They cannot feel like good, and they do not
cannot find motivation for their life. Some people who have depression may need doctor. Secondly,
people who has stress cannot have communication clearly with people. They always think different
thing, and this makes it difficult to communicate with people. They cannot have enjoyable time with
family or friends. They may be lonely, or they always want to be lonely as the same time and this
makes it difficult to communicate with people. Finally, people who make stress a big problem can
never be truly happy. For example, if you have stress when you have new job, you can’t be successful
and you feel unhappy. Although it is reason of happy, you cannot feel happy lead to stress. Overall,
people should control their stress, learn to live with stress and they should ignore their stress.
