Closing Clients via Cold Email

Closing Clients via Cold Email | Abby

YUNG NATULOG KA LANG, PAGKAGISING MO HIRED KANA NI CLIENT..

Hi guys! I’m Abby from Alon Tribe (BEACHES tribelet) I’m from batch 8 and I just
want to share my WIN from participating in our COLD EMAIL challenge last month.

I am a mommy with two makukulit + clingy na toddlers and of course I don’t make it
as an excuse not to join our every month’s tribe challenge. I always find time kahit
na yung tipong habang nagpapabreastfeed at nagluluto ay nagcoconnect sa
linkedIn at nagsesend ng email using my phone. Ganern!

I actually have an existing client na and I’ve been working with him for over a year
now as his VA managing his blogs and Social Media Content plus kung ano anong
anik pa na pwede nya ipagawa, kaya loyal na sya sakin

Pero syempre sabi nga ng aming poging coach Jungie from one of his fb live na
darating din ang time na iiwan nila tayo, kaya walang forever kaya patuloy pa rin
sa pagconnect at gawa ng email list for back up.

So eto na nga, when I created my 100 email list for cold email, finilter ko muna yung
mga email na pagsesendan ko ng cold email for first batch, meaning yung may 10%
chances na pwede magreply (meaning yung mga dating contact ko na at yung mga
inignore ako dati ) That time medyo tinatamad ako magcompose ng mahabang
cold email kaya sobrang simple lang ng email ko, not so personalized and just for
the sake na makapagparticipate lang challenge (See screenshot below)

Oct 1, 5:25pm, while I was cleaning up my mail box, I decided to open my old email
ad which I used for the cold email challenge. I saw a reply from one of the
prospects that I sent a cold email! Ofcourse I was surprised and immediately
replied, nagpakilala ako formally! He replied that day too and set up a call the next
day.

Oct 2, 9am, we hopped on a call and told him what I do, asked him some questions
and konting kwentuhan about his business, figured out he literally needs help (he is
a beekeeper from NY and they supply honey of course!)

Oct 3, 12:14am, I received an email from him saying he wanted to onboard me for
the position as his Social Media Content Manager!

I really didn’t know which part of what I said that made him like me but I remember
during our call I told him that I am willing to HELP him in any way I can.

Not really a premium charge but I am HAPPY because I can do the work whenever I
want and the work will take me ilang hours a day lang naman.

So what I learned is always participate in the challenge (whatever challenge pa yan),

because every effort counts.

Shoutout to coach Jungie for always encouraging us at sa pag encourage samin na

lumipat ng tribe -for our growth (pero coach I’ll stay haha!) and syempre to my
BEACHES AC group na super laging andyan na willing tumulong, to TL Thea,
sobrang helpful ng mga webinar mo! Syempre ang mga super friends sa beaches
team Mary, Avie, Lea, Lea, MJ always willing to answer my questions and for being
always there! Love you guys.

I remember what ate coach Dina told me that joining here is the best investment I
have made for my family. Labyu te!

I am grateful that I am inside this tribe of wonderful freelancers Thanks sir John
for accepting my friend request , sobrang helpful po ng mga posts nyo, pati yung
skilz, the best!

May mga nagPPM sakin na friends ko about what I do kasi siguro they can see my
facebook cover photo and they see me as an expert but I think for me, it is the word
“help” in my I help statement that made me standout.

So......until here nalang and let’s enjoy this weekend guys! Cheers for more wins to
come!
