DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MARIA GINALYN G. JANDA, single, of legal age, Filipino and residing at Barangay
Maligaya, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (350, 000), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid
by________________________________, single, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at
_________________________________________, DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY
by way of Sale unto the subject parcel of land, their heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land
together with all the improvements found thereon situated in Maligaya, Gloria, Oriental
Mindoro and more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (LOT 1-Q-19 OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAN, PSD-04-0187138, BEING A
PORTION OF LOT 1-Q (LRC) PSD-2162200), containing an area of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
(298) SQUARE METERS situated in the Barangay of Maligaya, Oriental Mindoro and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 064-2016002283”.
That I hereby warrant my title over the land above described, with full right to dispose
of the same, free from all liens, encumbrances and henceforth, full right of ownership and
possession shall pertain to the vendee _________________________________, single.
That this property does not fall under the provisions of RA. 3844 or Presidential Decree
on Land Reform.
