Dear Prof. Bolongaita:

Greetings of peace and love.

My name is Joshua Rheynaird J. Amoguis and I am a 2nd year mining student here at
Caraga State University. I humbly write this letter to appeal the dropped grade I
received in my ethics subject in the previous semester. I believe there were situations
beyond my control that contributed to my dropped grade and had circumstances of
misunderstanding how it came up with that grade.

As you know, I experienced some serious health problems that led me to be

absent from one of our classes for one day and not for more than 3 consecutive
days. I have been religiously submitting all the necessary requirements in this
subject and I just wanted to hear a clear explanation regarding the status of my
grade.

I would greatly appreciate it if I would get a precious chance to humbly meet you
and look at my record of attendance in the class and reconsider my grade in this
subject. I am happy to do the necessary actions just to consider my request.
