CHAPTER – IV

ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

PERCENTAGE ANALYSIS:

This is the simplest way to analysis different types of data in this method percentage rate of
each data was found that and with respect to total and with the help of the percentage (%) rate
the analysing the data was carried out.

Data analysis and interpretation is an attempt to organize and summarize in order to increase
results usefulness in such a manner that enables the researcher to relate critical points with
the study objectives. Sometimes the organising and summarising of data require the uses of
statistical measures such as percentages.

In this industrial project percentage is used to make comparison between two or more than
series of data. It is used to describe the relationships. But when the percentages are used, it
becomes very easy to find the relative difference in the distribution.

INTERPRETATION:

In the above table shows that 42.4% of the respondents are male , 56.8% of the
respondents are Female and 0.8% of the respondents are other.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (56.8%) of the respondents are gender of


Female.

INTERPRETATION:

In the above table, 9.6% of the respondents belong to the age


group of 18 - 25 years, 52.8% of the respondents belong to the age group of 25 -
40 years, 32% of the respondents belong to the age group of 40 - 55 years ,
4.8% of the respondents belongs to the age of more than 55 years .

Thus, it is inferred that majority (52.8%) of the respondents are age group of 25 - 40
years.

INTERPRETATION:

The above table reveals that, 4% of the respondents works less than a
year , 39.2% respondents works 1 – 3 years , 39.2% of the respondents works 3
– 7 years and 17.6% of the respondents works more than 7 years

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (39.2%) of the Respondents are both


1– 3 years and 3 – 7 years.

INTERPRETATION

It is observed from the table 4.4 that (40.8%) of the respondents are highly satisfied
with the benefits ,(36.8%) of the respondents are satisfied with the benefits ,
(11.2%) of the respondents are neutral with the benefits , (8%) of the respondents
are dissatisfied with the benefits and (3.2%) of the respondents are highly
dissatisfied with the benefits.

Thus, it is inferred that majority (40.8%) of the respondents are highly


satisfied with the benefits offered.

INTERPRETATION

The above table shows that a majority52.8% of respondents strongly agree,


33.6% of the respondents are agree, 9.6% of the respondents are neutral, 4% of
the respondents are disagree and none of the respondents are strongly disagree.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (52.8%) of the respondents strongly agree


that there is a recogonisation and acknowledgement of work in ARSS
POLYMERS.

INTERPRETATION

It is observed from the table 4.6 that (40.8%) of the respondents are highly satisfied with the
work role ,(48.8%) of the respondents are satisfied with the work role , (7.2%) of the
respondents are neutral with the work role , (1.6%) of the respondents are dissatisfied with
the work role ,(1.6%) of the respondents are highly dissatisfied with the work role.

Thus, it is inferred that majority (48.8%) of the respondents are satisfied


with the work role.

INTERPRETATION

It is clear from the study that 35.2% of respondents provide importance to


salary increase, 41.6% of the respondents provide importance to fuel promotion,
10.4% of the respondents provide importance to leave and motivational talk and
only 2.4% of respondents provide importance to recognition.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (41.6%) of the respondents provide


importance to promotion.

INTERPRETATION

It is observed from the table 4.8 that (44%) of the respondents are highly satisfied with the
executive and the management group ,(39.2%) of the respondents are satisfied with the
executive and the management group , (10.4%) of the respondents are neutral with the
executive and the management group, (4%) of the respondents are dissatisfied with the
executive and the management group,(2.4%) of the respondents are highly dissatisfied with
the executive and the management group.

Thus, it is inferred that majority (48.8%) of the respondents are satisfied


with the work role.

INTERPRETATION

It is clear from the study that 44.8% of respondents says that the
environment is energetic,39.2% of the respondents says that the environment is
focused, 10.4% of the respondents says that the environment is happy, 2.4% of
the respondents says that the environment is calming, 3.2% of the respondents
says that the environment is participative.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (44.8%%) of the respondents says


that the environment is energetic.

INTERPRETATION

The above table shows that a majority 48.8% of respondents strongly agree,
29.6% of the respondents are agree, 14.4% of the respondents are neutral, 6.4%
of the respondents are disagree and 0.8% of the respondents are strongly
disagree.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (48.8%) of the respondents strongly agree


that they recommending this company as an employer to their friends.

INTERPRETATION

INTERPRETATION

From the above table we can able to know that 63.2% of the respondents
satisfied with the working hours, 24.8% of the respondents are not satisfied with
the working hours and 12% of the respondents may or may not satisfied with
the working hours.

Thus it is inferred that Majority (63.2%) of the respondents satisfied with


the working hours.

INTERPRETATION

From the above table we can able to know that 68.8% of the respondents
satisfied with the performance measured, 23.2% of the respondents are not
satisfied with the performance measured and 8% of the respondents may or may
not satisfied with the performance measured.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (68.8%) of the respondents satisfied with


the performance measured.

From the above table we can able to know that 68.8% of the respondents
satisfied with the counselling programs, 19.2% of the respondents are not
satisfied with the counselling programs and 12% of the respondents may or may
not satisfied with the counselling programs.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (68.8%) of the respondents satisfied with


the counselling programs.

From the above table we can able to know that 57.6% of the respondents
satisfied with necessary authority to perform duties, 23.2% of the respondents
are not satisfied with the necessary authority to perform duties and 19.2% of the
respondents may or may not satisfied with necessary authority to perform
duties.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (57.6%) of the respondents satisfied with


the necessary authority to perform duties.

From the above table we can able to know that 4.8% of the respondents rate -1 to the
work environment ethics, 9.6% of the respondents rate -2 to the work environment
ethics,23.2% of the respondents rate -3 to the work environment ethics,33.6% of the
respondents rate -4 to the work environment ethics,28.8% of the respondents rate -5 to the
work environment ethics.
Thus, it is inferred that Majority (33.6%) of the respondents rate - 4 to the work

INTERPRETATION
From the above table we can able to know that 6.4% of the respondents rate -1 for
evenly work is distributed, 13.6% of the respondents rate -2 for evenly work is
distributed,24% of the respondents rate -3 for evenly work is distributed cs,24.4% of the
respondents rate -4 for evenly work is distributed,38.4% of the respondents rate -5 for evenly
work is distributed.

Thus, it is inferred that Majority (38.4%) of the respondents rate -5 for evenly work is

INTERPRETATION

It is observed from the table 4.8 that (53.6%) of the respondents are highly satisfied with the
overall performance of Arss Polymers, (33.6%) of the respondents are satisfied with the
overall performance of Arss Polymers, (9.6%) of the respondents are neutral with the e
overall performance of Arss Polymers, (1.6%) of the respondents are dissatisfied with overall
performance of Arss Polymers, (1.6%) of the respondents are highly dissatisfied overall
performance of Arss Polymers .

Thus, it is inferred that majority (53.6%) of the respondents highly satisfied with the
overall performance of Arss Polymers.
