Premises Partial Damage (/dictionary/premises-partial-damage) means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned
Alterations and Utility Installations, which can reasonably be repaired in six (6) months or less from the date of the damage or destruction. Lessor shall notify Lessee
in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the damage or destruction as to whether or not the damage is Partial or Total.

Premises Building Partial Damage (/dictionary/premises-building-partial-damage) means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to
the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.

Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date (/dictionary/guaranteed-substantial-completion-date) means the date, as set forth in the applicable Pricing Amendment,
by which Design-Builder shall achieve Substantial Completion of the applicable Deliverable Portion of Work.

Protected Space Operations (/dictionary/protected-space-operations) means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in
outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing agreements, and
contracts to perform work in support of NASA’s obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

Premises Total Destruction (/dictionary/premises-total-destruction) means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility
Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises (excluding Lessee-Owned
Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures) immediately prior to such damage or destruction. In addition, damage or destruction to the Building, other
than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures of any lessees of the Building, the cost of which damage or destruction is fifty percent
(50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost (excluding Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures of any lessees of the Building) of the
Building shall, at the option of Lessor, be deemed to be Premises Total Destruction.

ILUA Area (/dictionary/ilua-area) means the area described in writing in Schedule 2 being all of the land and waters within the Claim Area shown on the map marked
"ILUA Area" in Schedule 3 which does not overlap with any other native title claim.

Storage Space (/dictionary/storage-space) means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

Off-premises sign (/dictionary/off-premises-sign) means a sign relating, through its mes­sage and content, to a business activity, product, or service not available on
the premises upon which the sign is erected.

Collocation Space (/dictionary/collocation-space) means an area of space located in a building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment that is
necessary for interconnection or access to UNEs. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where
applicable.

Premises Building Total Destruction (/dictionary/premises-building-total-destruction) means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or
destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

Handover Date (/dictionary/handover-date) means the date on which access to the Tower and Associated Tower Site is given to the Access Seeker for installation of
the Equipment at that Site as stated in Clause 9(c) hereof. “Handover” shall be construed accordingly.

Open space (/dictionary/open-space) means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective
link or a buffer between other resources.

this Tenant Work Letter (/dictionary/this-tenant-work-letter) means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

Leased Property (/dictionary/leased-property) shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours
and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited
to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

Loan Commencement Date (/dictionary/loan-commencement-date) means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar
month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing
Date is the first day of a month.
