I. Introduction (Time Frame: 30 minutes)

People buy products or services based on emotional needs and wants and then justify their purchase logically. So, in the
qualifying phrase of the sales process you need to find what the desired results your market is seeking.

Learning Task 1:

Situation: Pretend that you made the origami frame boxes below and you are about to sell them. Create a tag line, stating the
quality of your product.

1. If you are the customer and you have an extra money, will you buy them? Why?

Importance of product quality can be seen through two sides:

A. To COMPANY OR SELLER, It…
1. may affect consumers’ confidence to the seller.
2. may affect the image and sales.
3. may even affect the survival of the company to the business world.
4. may build the confidence of the craftsmen.
5. fuels recommendations.
6. may result to fewer customer complaints and returns.
7. may produce a higher ROI – return of investment.
B. To CONSUMER:
1.if they are ready to pay high prices, but in return, they are expected best quality products.
2. if they are not satisfied, they will purchase from the competitors and return the product or request for a refund.
3.if they will recommend the product to their friends thru word of mouth or social media platform.
4. if they will be your “suki” that will patronize of your craft- retain loyalty.
5.if they may save time, energy, effort, and money looking for quality product.

A. In your own words, write the definition of QUALITY PRODUCT.

B. Pretend that you are an origami craftsman. List down at least five importance of producing quality origami products/
projects.

c. Last sentence – state your conclusion
d. No need for a title
e. One paragraph only with not more than 150 words
d. Observe proper grammar, punctuation marks, alignment,
and capitalization.

• So many spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors that interferes with the
information.

V. ASSESSMENT (Time Frame: 1 hour)

Learning Task 7:
Creativity and high quality are what Filipinos are known for. Many across the country showcase different unique and of high-
quality products. To get to know them you must:
1. Research for the names of Filipinos who are well-known and have made a mark here and abroad.
2. In a clean sheet of paper, list down at least five well-known and inspiring Filipino craft makers.
3. Write a short description of their background and craft.

VI. REFLECTION (Time Frame: 30 minutes)

Leaning Task 8:
The learners will answer the following questions related to the importance of making quality projects of origami.
Guide questions:
1. What is the importance of creating quality projects/products like Origami?
2. While doing the origami project, what good Filipino traits were awakened in you?
3. How do you feel while doing the learning tasks?
