One layer of 12.5 mm plain Gyp Board and joints finished with Jointing
Compound and fiber tape to provide a smooth seamless surface.

Terms & Conditions:

01. Water, current, necessaryscaffolding , workers accomodation should Be provided by the client
02. Electrical work to be done simultaneously by necessary agencies
03. No deduction for Beams & Columns.
04. Any deviation in drawing after execution at any stage will be charged extra
05.Provision of working at night has to be provided by the client
06:Quotation Validity: 10days.
07:Payment: By NEFT/ 60% advance, 30% during progress, 10% after completion.
08:Supports for Electrical fitting should be suspended directly from RCC.
09.Measurement will be taken with respect to design, plain & Verticals .
10. No deduction for ESI, EPF, Security deposit etc.
11. Rates for cornices and centre mouldings will be given based on designs

Please note that separate bill for materials supply and labour charges
(Contractor bill) will be given.
