Roles and Responsibilities:

 Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing.
 Follow up with clients post sign up for feedback and support.
 Understanding customer requirements and route to responsible teams.
 Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
 Capturing all successful and unsuccessful attempts to connect with clients.
 Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related
expectations.
 Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry
 Responsible to take up inbound & outbound call and know the customer
requirement and redirect to respective teams accordingly.
 Should have basic knowledge on Excel for maintaining information on data
 Should be very good in understanding and handling the call script and improvising
where necessary.

Skills and Knowledge required:

 The candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience Telecaller or related role.
 Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-
lines.
 Should have good command on English.
 Good research and record-keeping skills.
 Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
