MAIN COURSE: GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients:
220grams salmon

¼ cup unsalted butted

Salt

Pepper

SOUP: Chicken Broth with Malunggay

Ingredients:
2 quarter chicken leg without skin

½ cup of malunggay leaves

Pinch of salt

We choose Chicken broth because it is good for postpartum recovery. Also, chicken is one of the source for high
protein. Moringa also known as “Malunggay” here in the Philippines that contains calcium, protein, iron and amino
acids. Malunggay leaves are natural galactagogue- substance that promotes or increases the flow of mother’s milk
(It boost production of milk)

APPETIZER: SHANGHAI

Ingredients:
¼ lean meat

3 tbsp carrots

3 cloves of garlic

½ tbsp of minced onion

SALAD: Devils EGG

Ingredients:

DRINKS: Tanglad with honey and lemon

DESSERT: Avocado, oranges
