Tajima is an earthquake vitim. She manages to save all his family members from the
wraths of the disaster. Though she is mentally tough, all her resoures are already
gone.

If you were to rank the following needs of Tajima from the most important to the
least important, how would you arrange the following needs? Justify your answer.

FOOD - HOME - GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE - MEDICINE - WORK - COUNSELLING

What Tajima went through was half a blessing and half a tragedy. It is a blessing that
her family was protected from this disaster, but losing all of his resources devastated
him. Therefore, I will rank her needs according to what she has lost.

If I were to rank the needs of Tajima, I would first prioritize her family's FOOD. After a
tragic disaster, we should always prioritize to take care of our health and fill our
stomach with something for us to have enough energy to wander around. It will be
followed by their HOME, it is because according to Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs, our
safety should also be prioritized. Having a home with a roof and walls on it will
provide us safety and warmth together with our family. Next one is the
GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE. Everytime there's a disaster, the government should
always provide assistance to everyone; and with Tajima's experience, she should seek
help from the government to provide her family their primary needs such as shelter,
clothing, and foods. Fourth one is MEDICINE, even if her family was spared from the
tragedy, it is always vital to check for certain injuries or bruises that needs to be
assisted to ensure the safety and relief of the whole family. Following that, Tajima
needs to either continue or find a JOB (work) for her to earn and support for himself
and his family. His occupation will help him recoup his resources starting from small
ones. Lastly will be COUNSELLING, after a devasting disaster, one should seek help
and advice from the expert on how he/she would handle his/her situation. However, i
chose this lastly because it is not practical for everyone.

In conclusion, all of these should be prioritized by Tajima but she should rank them
practically and wisely.
