5. Multiple butterfly valves of Dual media filter of 4 4 No. 18000.00

6. Aeration tank Decant valve to be changed ---- ----------- Decant valve is of
PVC valve, it is in
good condition.
7. All the tanks: Equalization tank, Pre filtration tank, ---- ----------- Client Scope
Final treated, Aeration tank need to be Completely
removed including sludge to be removed.

8. It is assumed sludge pump, Filter feed pump, Final ---- ----------- Client Scope
water pump is working well. If any malfunction of
the same will be make up later.
9. Sludge Drying beds are completely filled, the Sludge ---- ----------- Client Scope
of the same to be removed are Cleared off.
10. Water meter to be replaced, the same needs to be ---- ----------- Client Scope
replaced,

NOTE:
After carrying out above said service Activities, it is to submit that STP needs to be operated
regularly having dedicated Operator in the interest of Compliance to Consent Conditions. The
treated also to be properly utilized for Gardening, Toilet Flushing, Water Sprinkling for Dust
Suppression. Any chances the Treated Sewage & Raw Sewage should not be left out of your
Industry Premises.
