MINUTES OF THE DISTRICT LAND USE PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

COMMITTEE

The subject meeting was held on 30-11-2022 at 1400 hours in the conference room of
Deputy Commissioner’s Office Charsadda under the Chairmanship of Deputy
Commissioner Charsadda. The participants were briefed about the scope & jurisdiction of
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Land Use & Building Control Act 2021.

The attendance list is attached. Following decisions were made:

PKHA roads. The Committee disagreed

certificate will be provided by PKHA.
