Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court Manila Slice of the Bar Confidant ICE TO THE SUCCESSFUL 2022 BAR EXAMINEES This notice is posted ahead of the release of the results of the 2022 Bar Examinations to give the prospective successful examinees ample time to undertake the necessary preparations for the Oath Taking and the Roll Signing. ‘This notice also lays down the protocols and guidelines that will be observed during the above events, as the Bar Chairperson’s Office and the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) will ensure strict compliance therewith. DATE and VENUE, Both the Oath Taking and the Roll Signing of the 2022 Bar passers will be on May 02, 2023 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City, Manila, The Oath Taking will be at 10:00 in the morning and the Roll Signing will follow thereafter. ATTIRE ‘The Oath Taking and the Signing of the Roll are official court proceedings, and in keeping with the dignity of the above events, the Bar passers/inductees shall come in proper court attire. Gowns, indecent suits and dresses, costumes and other inappropriate attire are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Those who will not abide by the required attire will be REFUSED ENTRY into the venue. Bach inductee should bring their own plain, black toga, which will be ‘worn during the entire Oath Taking ceremony. Guests, for their part, shall come in proper business attire. Shorts, denim pants/skirts, rubber shoes, slippers and shirts without collar are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. This rule is also in accordance with PICC’s dress code For ease of reference, photos of recommended and prohibited attires will be sent to the Bar passers along with their clearances and other important announcements. The amount of Five Thousand Pesos (PhpS,000.00) shall be paid by each Bar passer/inductee before they can attend the Oath Taking and the Roll Signing. Payment instructions will be sent to their registered email accounts alter the release of the Bar results. ‘Said fees will cover the expenses for the event, including the use of the venue and allowances ‘and meals of the personnel who will assist and serve on therein. NOTE: Further details will be sent to the sucessful examinees through their registered email accounts, and additional announcements will also be pasted after the release of the Bar results. ‘The examinees are advised to monitor the Supreme Court Public Information Office Twitter account, the Bar Bulletins and the OBC pages for further announcements.
