Job Description :
Reporting directly to the Manager-Project Delivery, you will be responsible for effectively
providing project management support and ensure effective implementation of all projects under
the ZRA project portfolio.
Responsiblity:
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Participating in developing of all project documents by the Division project managers and
ensure the ZRA project methodology is followed;
• Providing planning, monitoring and evaluation support to all project teams;
• Developing with various project managers awareness campaign strategy at all project levels;
• Coordinating and facilitating training program for all project teams;
• Ensuring that monitoring and evaluation databases are updated routinely and systematically;
• Ensuring timely completion of project performance reports (monthly, quarterly and annually);
• Establishing linkages with project response groups at various levels for detailing cross-cutting
issues thereby draw up response plans;
• Designing and implementing monitoring and reporting systems on application of key
resources to planned activities by divisions undertaking projects;
• Preparing quarterly and annual exceptional reports on utilisation of resources on planned
activities;
• Implementing risk management framework by ensuring implementation of the organisation-
wide risk management process;
• Monitoring implementation of the risk management process within projects;
• Ensuring that approved project templates are in use;
• Attending all project meetings and collaborate in project implementation;
• Timely administrative support provided to the Project Implementation Committees; and
• Conducting quarterly monitoring and change management visits to selected project sites.

• Attending to, track, update, resolve, and close all incidences and/or requests assigned as
outline in the incident/request service level agreement;
• Carrying out system and end-user system troubleshooting and ensure that permanent fixes
are implemented;
• Ensuring that end-users are utilising the available systems and features on ICT end-user
desktop application systems;
• Providing assistance to users during the setup, configuration, and rollout of new systems;
• Providing introductory On-line (eLearning) and/or classroom training/awareness on Authority
various end-user desktop productivity software applications;
• Undertaking installations, configurations, and updates of ICT end-user systems;
• Performing routine preventative maintenance on ICT end-user desktop equipment and
participate/assist in ICT infrastructure maintenance;
• Participating in the installations and configuration of ICT infrastructure at Head Office;
• Facilitating with the availability of much needed ICT end-user services, spares, and essential
productivity tools;
• Accurately documenting/recording in the Service Manager instances of hardware and/or
system failures, changes, repairs, installations, and/or configurations according to ZRA incident
management standards and procedures;
• Maintaining, enforcing and providing end-user systems documentation, procedures and
manuals;
• Ensuring that end-user equipment and accessories adhere to ICT standards;
• Supporting the strengthening of existing ICT systems to improve efficiency and integration of
ZRA systems for the purpose of achieving organisation goals; and
• Supporting the development and implementation of new ICT computer projects/programmes
and new hardware installations.

and manuals;
• Ensuring that end-user equipment and accessories adhere to ICT standards; and
• Supporting the development and implementation of new ICT computer projects/programmes
and new hardware installations.

Job Description :
Reporting to the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the
procurement activities through timely sourcing of goods, services, works and consulting services
in order to meet organizational requirements in line with the Public Procurement Act and the
Procurement Regulations.
Responsiblity:
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Preparation of bidding documents for goods, works and consultant services in accordance
with the approved procurement plan for review by the Procurement Controller;
• Preparing evaluation reports and procurement committee papers;
• Undertaking of market research to ensure purchases are sourced from the most competitive
source;
• Preparing and drafting of contracts for goods, works and services;
• Ensuring that all procurement records are properly kept and up to date;
• Timely preparation of periodic and adhoc procurement reports as required;
• Administering tender closing and opening and preparing tender opening reports on the EGP
Platform; and
• Ensuring timely matching and verification of supplier and service provider’s; invoices in the
SAP system for onward transmission to Finance Department.

• Reviewing and organising prosecution files to ensure that the cases are of prosecutable
standard allocated by the Senior Prosecutor;
• Planning and coming up with an effective prosecution strategy for each case allocated;
• Liaising with stake holders during case preparation and prosecution (stakeholders e.g. –
DEC-ZRA Internal Affairs and the Police;
• Drafting various charges and complaints, filing and personal services of court documents,
drawing up cause lists which will be presented to the court and supervising officer before
commencing prosecution;
• Studying all complaints and applying rules of evidence and general principles of law,
appreciating evidence required to establish a case and applying rules of criminal procedures to
the recommended case for prosecution, allowing only evidence which is admissible;
• Performing pre-trial procedures to educate prosecution witness on how they expect to answer
questions from the prosecutor and defence lawyer and on how to present themselves in the
witness book;
• Collecting information related to cases allocated for prosecution;
• Carrying out research into the law, and interpretation of statutes;
• Determining facts of the case and applying the law to the facts;
• Keeping and safeguarding evidential exhibits and dockets for prosecution;
• Ensuring that Assets are used for official purposes and in compliance with ZRA standing
orders;
• Producing monthly reports on prosecution work undertaken in each month;
• Supplying all judgments received and filed as precedent for review; and
• Producing a monthly schedule of court appearance dates.

This role will work on a number of projects and initiatives with various divisions’ end users within
the authority by performing unit tests arising from work done by the development team as well as
assisting the project teams in conducting User Acceptance and Testing of the implemented
solutions.
