Affidavit

We, Surinder Pal Singh Aadhaar Card No. 4618 5708 4608 and Des Raj Aadhaar
Card No. 2990 6467 6885 Ss/o Bhag Singh Rs/o Village Kahma, Teh. NawanShahr,
Distt. S.B.S. Nagar do here by solemnly declare as under:-
1. That the father of the deponents Late Bhag Singh S/o Faquir Chand S/o
Nath Ram of Village Kahma,. Teh. NawanShahr, had purchased a plot
measuring 00 kanal 10 Mls. Situates at Village Kahma, Teh. NawanShahr,
from Joginder Singh S/o Chuhar Singh S/o Inder Singh of Village Kahma,
Teh. NawanShahr, vide sale deed dated 03-01-2003, Sr. No. 3314.
2. That after the death of aforesaid Bhag Singh, his estate has inherited by his
widow Simro, Daughter Jarnail Kaur, Sons Des Raj, Balbir Singh, Surinder Pal
Singh deponents.
3. That aforesaid Simro, Des Raj and Jarnail Kaur has transferred their
respective shares out of aforesaid property to Balbir Singh S/o Bhag Singh
vide transfer deed dated 16-06-2022, registered 24-06-2022, with SR
NawanShahr, at Sr. No. 953.
4. That aforesaid Balbir Singh has become the owner of 00 Kanal 07 Mls. in
the aforesaid property i.e. 00 Kanal 05 Mls. by way of transfer deed and 00
Kanal 02 Mls. by way of inheritance from his father.
5. That the deponents have no objection if aforesaid Balbir Singh may raise
loan from the bank, by depositing the aforesaid Sale deed dated 03-01-
2003, Sr. No. 3314.

aforesaid declaration made by the deponent is true and correct to the best of the
deponent’s knowledge and nothing has been concealed therein.
