I. INTRODUCTION
1.1 We have been instructed by Indus Towers Limited (for short, “ITL”) to carry out a
detailed title search of the property belonging to Mr. Ramsagar singh chauhan son of
Mr. Lakhan Singh , detailed particulars of which have been provided in Section 2 of
this report (the “Property”).
1.2 In carrying out the title, encumbrance and other relevant and necessary searches, we
have conducted inspection online at the following website on 31.03.2023 at
03:30P.M.

vii) Copy of the No objection cum Consent letter dated NIL executed by Mr.
Ravikant singh son of Mr. Sagar Singh in favour of Mr. Ramsagar singh son of
Mr. Lakhan singh.
viii) Copy of the No objection cum Consent letter dated NIL executed by Mr. Chandra
pal singh son of Mr. Lakhan singh in favour of Mr. Ramsagar singh son of Mr.
Lakhan singh..
ix) Copy of the No objection certificate executed by Mr Ramsagar singh son of Mr

x) Copy of the Affidavit dated 27/03/2023
xi) Copy of the Sale deed dated 26/11/2020 executed by and between Mr Surendra
singh and Mr Ramsagar singh , Mr Ravikant singh , Mr Chandrapal singh bearing
S no – 1480 , Book 1 , Volume 845, Page no-51.
xii) Copy of the Pass book issued by State Bank of India in the name of Mr Ramsagar
singh bearing no – 11774895704 and IFSC-SBIN0003547 .
1.4 For purposes of preparing this title report, we have reviewed each of the aforesaid
documents and records in detail.
2.1 As per the revenue record, the brief particulars in relation to the Property are given

7.1 We have carefully perused all the relevant title documents and records and have
conducted necessary search pertaining to the aforesaid property and we hereby
conclude as follows:
7.1.1 That the following person is having an absolute ownership and clear marketable title
and seems to be a lawful owner of the said property:
