    AFFIDAVIT

    I,ARUNJOTHI.A. Son of Anandan.M. Residing at Door No. 768 C C Road , Kudimikudisai,


    Vannankulam , Tiruvannamalai District Pin : 632315 , Tamil Nadu do hereby solemnly affirm and
    state as follows :-

    (1) I State that in my 10th standard School Transfer Certificate ( TC.No. 70/2006/2007) my father name
    was mentioned as ANANTHAN while I was relieved from my School Education.

    (2) I State that I have ratified my father name from ANANDHAN To ANANDAN.M. in my Transfer
    Certificate by School Headmaster . While the father name was corrected by the Headmaster and she
    put her signature in my father name column after correcting my father name .

    (3) I State that I Solemnly confirm the green ink signature is School Headmaster signature.

    (4) I State that this Affidavit is required to be produced before the concerned AUTHORITY for
    confirming the signature in green in my Transfer Certificate who is signed by Headmaster due to the
    correction of my father name column.
