Ma’am:

Good day!

I am Mayvel S. Buada, a fourth-year BSEd-English student who took the EDCS 422 pre-test
on January 29, 2023, but failed to pass the required 65%. Although I did my best, it still wasn't
enough since my knowledge is limited. Due to my negligence in taking my part as a student to
initiate myself in studying in advance, I need to face this consequence as a result of this action,
wherein I need to make a commitment plan to make sure that this failing score will not happen
again throughout the test in every session. With that, in order for me to make sure that I can
comply with the passing score, I have listed below my commitment plans.

o Taking the responsibility seriously.

o Not be too complacent with the knowledge I have already acquired since it is still
essential to explore and deepen my learning on a particular topic.
o Have spare time to do advance study in the lesson when I have vacant time in order to
acquire a bit of knowledge on the topic to be discussed.
o Be attentive and listen to the assigned coach in the session in order to really comprehend
what has been discussed and absorb it.
o When having a test in every session, it is important to take it seriously, carefully
understand the test questionnaire, and not answer it quickly or faster because it can
really affect the score. A thorough understanding is needed.
o Commit to strive hard and embrace difficulty with optimism throughout the session.
o Avoid disruptive behaviors and the use of cellphones during review discussions as a
sign of respect.

These plans I commit to myself to succeed in this review session and to lessen the possibility
of not passing the required 65% in every test in this course. I will exert more effort to work
hard on my studying skills in order to cope with the lessons I find difficult to understand, and
I'll also make sure that I will have a development as we progress through our review session.
