Objective per daily class:
Wednesday, August 10, 2022- the student will be able to understand
why we have to follow instructions to do an experiment and how to
compare both experiments.
Thursday, August 11,2022- the student will be able to understand
why rules are important to follow.
Friday, August 12, 2022- the student will be able to identify each
safety equipment.
Activities:
Wednesday, August 10, 2022-
Before the class:
● The teacher will ask the student what they see on the table.
● What do you think I am going to do with it?
● The student will open the textbook to page 14. (the student will
write the date on top of the page)

During the class:


● The teacher will read to the student step 1.
● The student will draw on the chart of observation how the
experiment looks without following instructions.
● The teacher will read the second step to the student, and then do
it.
● The teacher will do step 3, and then the student will draw in the
observation chart.
● The teacher will do step 4, and then the student will write on the
observation chart.
● The teacher will do the last step, and the student will write on the
observation chart.

After the class:


● The teacher will check each textbook.
● The teacher will read the part of conclusions.
● The student will answer out loud. Then they won't answer in their
notebook.

Thursday, August 11,2022-


Before the class:
● The teacher will ask the student what the rules are.
● Why should we follow rules and why does it help us?
● What are safety rules in a lab?
● The student will open the textbook to page 16. (the student will
write the date on top of the page).

During the class:


● The teacher will read page 16 to the student and explain.

● The teacher will work with the student on textbook page 17.
● Then the student will work in workbook pages 5 and 6.

● The teacher will discuss workbook pages 5 and 6 with the
student.

Friday, August 12, 2022-


Before the class:
● The teacher will review the safety rules (classroom rules too).
● The teacher will ask the student how can I be safe in a
laboratory?
● The teacher will show a video https://youtu.be/tsAHt0FiwNM
● The student will open the textbook to page 18. ( the student will
write the date on the top of the page).

During the class:


● The teacher will read and discuss page 18.
● The teacher will work with the student on page 19.
● The student will work on workbook page 7 and 8 with the
teacher.
● The teacher will hand out sheets to color on the safety
equipment.

After the class:


● The teacher will check the textbook and workbook.
● Then the teacher will glue the sheet to the student notebook.
