COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to make students understand the foundation and fundamentals in
Philippine compensation system. Among to be discussed are its form of compensation, equity, pay, employee
contribution rates, incentives system performance system, pay competitiveness, and others their the different
laws that control compensation administration.
COURSE INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES
to develop and geared toward the holistic development of the person in overlapping realms of the
individual, the Filipino community, and the global community.
to realize and apply that by studying history, the students will situate in the story of the nation,
necessary endeavor to be able to know more about our identity and find out how we can help solve the

CLASSROOM POLOCIES
Class Attendance & Participation-regular attendance is expected of all students. Attendance is demonstrated
through contributing to course discussion. Extended absence should be reported to your instructor
immediately.
