Bien-Air Dental SA warns you of the risks incurred by failure to use non-original spare parts.
In particular, replacing a halogen bulb with LED lighting not designed by Bien-Air.

Purpose
To prevent the integration of inferior quality imitations and other "DIY" solutions endangering the correct
operation of our devices.

Reason for this communication

Several companies are offering LED lighting solutions which seem economical
and simple to install on our turbines, MC2 Isolite 300, MC3 LK and MX motors.
WARNING: these LEDs are not compatible with our products and do not comply with
the medical standard IEC 60601-1 on "Electrical Safety".

Bien-Air recommends against using such equipment and shall not be held liable in any way for
subsequent operation. You are reminded that our warranty conditions stipulate that "The
warranty becomes null and void if the damage and the consequences thereof result from
inappropriate servicing or modifications of the product carried out by third parties not
authorised Bien-Air Dental."

Bien-Air LED lighting

Bien-Air offers an excellent electrical solution, an adjustable light with a long service
life thanks to its optimised integration.
For sterilisable instruments, only the perfect integration of the LED guarantees its
resistance to hundreds of cycles in an autoclave.

Conclusion
The integration of "non-original" spare parts represents a risk to patients and practitioners, engages the
liability of the distributor and tarnishes the reputation of the Bien-Air brand.
It is the general interest that Bien-Air Dental SA recommends that its own brand supplies are used
systematically.
