G.3 Promotion

Promotional strategy is necessary for a business and product to be known. It

is done before the making and running the business. The main objective of a

promotional strategy is to increase sales value. Generally, there are strategies that

mainly focus on primary demand while others focus on selective demands. Even

some business target specific audiences in order to increase their sales volume. In

addition to increasing sales value, businesses are also implementing promotional

strategies to help them stabilize sales.

Flyers are the most ideal approach for promoting our goods since they are

handled successfully in this company industry due to their low cost and higher read

rates. Our marketing flyer will highlight our product’s initiative as well as the

important facts for clients to perceive, such as the pricing and stall position. In

clients, particularly in our hometown of Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte.

H. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

H.1 Form of Ownership

One of our first decisions that we’ve decided as a business owner is how the

company should be structured. This decision will have a long-term implication.

Being an entrepreneur requires a certain willingness to take risks. Often,

that involves going alone; to do something no one has done before. And the spirit of

adventure has launched many entrepreneurs, the greatest and most sustainable

one. Start-up success stories tend to be tales of partnership.

We choose “partnership” for the form of our ownership. Each partner has

their own particular designation in the business. However, time should be invested

in developing the partnership agreement.

J. ASSESSMENT OF RISK

A. Potential risks (internal or external)

 Price cutting by competitors.

 Sudden unavailability or a steep increase in the price of raw materials.

 Unforeseen environmental conditions, example is major recession

B. Strategies for preventing or minimizing risks

 Sell value, not price.

Value, not price, is almost always the most critical factor in a

purchasing decision. Having a valuable product is one thing, but having

the ability to sell value is what will set us apart in a sea of cheaper

competitors.

 Basic sourcing: always looking for cheaper suppliers.

Establish direct contracts with upstream suppliers to secure supply and

reduce the bullwhip effect.

 Rethink your product and audience

Align our product or service with those emerging imperatives and focus

on how our product or service will help achieve our customer's business

objectives; focus on the outcome-sell rather than the feature-sell.

21 | P a g e
C. Response to risk should they occur

 Business owners need to know how their competitors are operating their

business, to ensure the quality, supply of the product and the regulatory

compliance.

 Build action plan that can be mobilized the occurrence of the risk.

 Reduce the impact of the risk on the critical success factors of the

business.
