as “Literacy Intervention for Exceptional
Learners” (SPED 5780) class.
In 5140 I have a chance to learn about
different educational assessment
methods and procedures used in
decision making and program planning
for students with exceptional learning
needs SPED 5780 -  Literacy
Intervention for Exceptional Learners  (3

Comment: This year, Vi started using the new Lesson Comment:
Plan templates it has been a little hard for the
team to utilize.  The “big rock” is to make sure
to intentionally plan activities that target the
CO Standards/TS GOLD and utilize the
student learning data. Vi has explored some of
the Early Step SEL curriculum and plans to do
so even more.  She is looking forward to the
department follow up training on this on
4/25/2022.  I appreciate Vi’s professionalism
and dedication this year, especially in light of a
very difficult parent situation that occurred at
the beginning of the year in which we had to
collaborate with the building admin, SRO and
district level people.
