II. Teacher Development
 Attended different webinars and online orientations conducted by Division of
Tarlac Province, and other webinars related to our profession conducted by
different private institutions.
 Participated and finished the course in SEAMEO Innotech Guro21 Course 1.
 Passed in the enrolled course in SEAMEO Innotech Guro21 Course 1.
 Attended faculty meetings and School Learning Action Cell (SLAC).

III. Curriculum Development


 Conducted limited face-to-face classes.
 Printed modules and prepared activity sheets for the students who are in
modular distance learning.
 Distributed and retrieved modules with answers.
 Checked the modules or activity sheets of the students.
 Recorded the scores of the students from their checked modules or activity
sheets.
 Supported and followed DepEd rules, guidelines, memorandum, and orders.

IV. Physical Development


 Emphasized the maintenance of orderliness and cleanliness inside and
outside the classroom.
 Employ the importance of personal hygiene amidst the pandemic.
 Improved each designated lawn areas.

V. Community Development
 Conducted parents’ orientation on the learning modality to be used for the
school year 2021-2022.
 Oriented parents and other stakeholders with regards on the limited face-to-
face classes.
 Followed the safety health protocols during the conduct of limited face-to-face
classes.
 Followed the safety health protocols during distribution of modules and
retrieval of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS).
 Homeroom Parent Teacher Association Officers helped in preparation in the
implementation of limited face-to-face classes.

VI. Other Related Concerns


 Entertained and communicated with parents through facebook/messenger
application with their inquiries and other concerns related to the modules
distributed to the students.
 Visited the learners who needed guidance and instructions in accomplishing
their learning tasks.
 Encouraged the parents and learners to accomplish and/or submit their
outputs on time to avoid delays of computation of grades.
VII. Result/Impact
 Enhanced the skills and talent of students despite the modality used during
this pandemic.
 Improved the teaching strategies of teachers despite the pandemic we are
facing.
 Increased the awareness of the learners and stakeholders regarding the
current challenges we are facing and encouraged them to give importance on
the studies of our students despite the pandemic we are facing.
 Strengthened the parents and teachers’ relationship towards attaining
effective learning despite the pandemic.
 Increased the awareness of stakeholders on the importance of having faith in
God, self-discipline and having healthy body to fight, survive and surpass the
challenges we are facing right now.
