SUBJ : EXECUTIVE ORDER 004-2023

MANDATING ALL CLASS PRESIDENTS TO SUBMIT A REPORT EVERY TWO WEEKS PERTAINING TO THEIR CLASS
OPERATIONS

Whereas, various controversies revolve in every department in Junior High School, wherein some individuals are being
deprived of dignity, honor and liberty;

Whereas, the main reason for this is to eradicate any issues that may be circulated in any way possible, which issues
contains sensitive and irrelevant content that may be found disturbing or irritating;

Whereas, the main duty of the Student Council is to protect and defend its students. They shall make sure that the
people around them are at all times preserved and defended.

Therefore, I, John Sebastian Flores, President of the Supreme Student Council, by virtue of the powers conferred upon
me, I do hereby order and promulgate the following:

SECTION 1 – Hereby ordering all class presidents under the Junior High School to submit a report every two weeks that
contains of the daily operations in their classroom which pertains to student affairs only. Each report shall be submitted
every two weeks with the signature of their respective class advisers.

The report of the class presidents must not be influenced by any person that may cause confusion, and result of
falsification of information to the document submitted by their local chief executive.

Any violation thereof shall be subject to immediate disciplinary action.

SECTION 2 – The Supreme Student Council may, for the time being, initiate meetings for the Class Presidents and report
before the council their class affairs.

SECTION 3 – Further invoking the Legion members exclusively in Grade 9 to observe the environment in its department,
and to implement the provisions hereinafter provided in this Order.

SECTION 4 – The Class Presidents if absent, on the day of the filing and submission of its weekly reports, the Class Vice
President shall assume responsibilities and act for and in behalf of his class president.

SECTION 5 – If any provisions are instated unconstitutional or invalid, any provisions which are not affected shall
continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 6 – If for any reasons, this Order may be declared invalid, the provisions which affects the same is hereby
amended, revoked or modified accordingly.

SECTION 7 – This order shall take effect immediately.
