IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS THEREFOR”

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 007-2023

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 006-2023 was issued to maintain the cleanliness and purpose of the
Office of the Supreme Student Council, and in other matters thereto;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Supreme Student Council serves as the seat of the student government and
has been the center of Junior High School to conduct affairs in this organization;

WHEREAS, this seat of student government shall serve and accommodate its Officers, staff, and other
higher administrators of NCF Basic Education Department, and the institution itself.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN SEBASTIAN FLORES, President of the JHS Supreme Student Council, by virtue
of the powers vested upon me, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 006-2023 and order the
following:
“SECTION 3, ACCESS. – It is hereby declared that the Office of the Supreme Student Council shall be
exclusive to the Officers only. Students who are not part of the SSC will not be granted entry, even called
upon by the President unless they have sought clearance to the Secretary.

The Secretary of the Council shall sign clearance papers and shall determine whether to give access to the
student who wanted to go inside the Office. The issuance of clearances shall only take effect for 24 hours,
and will be renewed each day.

The office hours in the Supreme Student Council shall be at 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.”

SECTION 1, SEPARABILITY. – If any section of this order is held unconstitutional or invalid, such
provisions which are not affected shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 2, EFFECTIVITY. – This Order shall take effect immediately.
