MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 3

CALLING THE ATTENTION OF THE CLASS OFFICERS OF G10-AGAPE TO IMPLEMENT THE

AMENDED “MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 1” AND REVOKING “MEMORANDUM ORDER
NO. 2” PROMULGATED BY THE OUTGOING PRESIDENT OF AGAPE
WHEREAS, the outgoing President of G10-Agape implemented measures that will prohibit other
students to enter HS 302;

WHEREAS, the same was amended by virtue of Memorandum Order No. 2 by allowing other
students to enter the mentioned room in third floor;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN SEBASTIAN FLORES, President of the Supreme Student Council, by
virtue of the powers vested in me by Administrative Order No. 004, s. of 2022, promulgated by
me as the Former President of G9-Libertas, do hereby direct and order:

It is hereby ordered that Memorandum Order No. 2 implemented last 18 th day of September be
revoked and all provisions under Memorandum Order No. 1 shall once again take effect with
full force of law.

Upon my direction, I call upon the class officers of G10-Agape headed by its Vice-President
and Incoming President to implement the provisions under Memorandum Order No. 1
promulgated by me. For reference, the following orders shall be as follows:

“SECTION 1 – It is the policy of Agape and was declared that students from other sections
shall be prohibited to enter HSA 101 without due permission.
SECTION 2 – The power to grant permission to students upon entry shall be the President,
Vice-President, and Secretary.
SECTION 3 – Should there be an exemption in accordance to this order, the following cases
shall be only applicable in matters to classroom campaigning, emergency announcement, and
other valid concerns.
SECTION 4 – The President shall have the authority to send students out of the classroom
without due permission. He shall have exercise general supervision and control over all
students.”

Done in the City of Naga, this 2nd day of November, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and
Twenty-Two.
