DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION executed by and between LUCIA P. IGNACIO of legal age,
Filipino married to WILFREDO IGNACIO (deceased), and a resident of Brgy. Mabayo, Morong,
Bataan hereinafter called the DONOR, and in favor of the Local Government Unit of Barangay Mabayo,
Morong Bataan, represented by the Punong Barangay DANTE A. CARIASO, also of legal age, Filipino
with postal address at Barangay Mabayo, Morong, Bataan herin called as the DONEE;

That the DONOR is registered owner of a Parcel of Land more particularly described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE P-038-2018010409, TAX Declaration No. 04222

North: NE-LOT 1356, MORONG CADASTRE South: SW-1362-B, LOT 1362-G,

BOTH (LRA) PSD – E2014004266

East: West: NW – LOT 1355, LOT 1363

BOTH MORONG CADASTRE

That FOR AND In CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION the DONOR HEREBY
voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFER and CONVEYS by way of DONATION UNTO THE DONEE, his heirs
assign, and successors in interest portion of the above-described property containing an area of THREE
METERS BY ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE METERS (3m x 149m) or FOUR HUNDRED
FORTY-SEVEN (447) SQ. Meters, more or less , for the purpose of Construction of Right of Way,
together with all the improvements found thereon free form all liens, encumbrances and charges of
whatever kind;
That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with intent to defraud his creditors
and that his sufficient funds and property reserved for himself and his obligations;
That the DONEE does hereby receives and accepts the DONATION OD A PORTION OF LAND
which will be use as RIGHT OF WAY, and does by this presents do hereby expresses sincerest
appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR in recognizing the above-
described portion of land.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our signatures, this 28 th day of July, 2021 at
Barangay Sabang, Morong, Bataan, Philippines.
