I am an enthusiastic and self-driven college student pursuing a diploma in International Business at TAR UMT. I consider myself a responsible and orderly person. I am also a team player who does well at communication and teamwork. Next, I have studied in Heng Ee High school and graduated with a PT3 and SPM certificate. I am now studying diploma in International Business at Tar UMT. I can speak 4 different languages which is Chinese, English, Malay and Japanese. My skills are cross cultural communication skills, excellent networking abilities and slide presentation. I did some research on Ajinomoto's company background. Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad started its business operations in 1961 as AJI-NO-MOTO:registered: Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) producer. It is one of the very first Japanese companies to be set up in Malaysia. Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad has since grown into a dynamic food and seasoning manufacturer marketing diverse brand name that is trusted by Malaysian for decades. This is some of the stats of Ajinomoto. They have 36 business sites, 120 of factories, 135 sales area and 30K employees. There are a lot of reasons why I choose to interview for a role at Ajinomoto, one of the reason is the Ajinomoto offers their workers with various monetary and insurance benefits for every employees. Ajinomoto also give performance bonuses to those who have exhibited outstanding work. Besides that, Ajinomoto not only pratice Diversity and inclusion in hiring and promotion but also implement initiatives to encourage diverse workstyles and career paths. Then, I can provide products and services tailored to local tastes. I also can solve social issues related to food and health.
