PETITION FILED UNDER SECTION 205 OF Cr.P.C.

1. The petitioner-accused humbly submits that he was falsely

implicated in the above said Crime Number by the respondent-police

for commission of above said offences. The petitioner is the Rank of

the petitioner in the above said case. The petitioner further submits

that the above said case is stands posted to 27.02.2023.

2. The petitioner further submits that in the above case,

originally the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody and

subsequently released on bail. Further, the petitioner humbly

submits that so far, the petitioner has been appearing before this

Hon’ble Court without any default.

3. Further, the petitioner humbly submits that this petitioner

is a reputed businessman in his locality and the wife of the petitioner

is the present Vice President of the Local Panchayat. The present case

is foisted by the respondent-police only at the instigation of the


business enemies of this petitioner. As stated earlier, the petitioner

is an innocent and no way connected with the above offence.

4. At this juncture, the petitioner humbly submits that the

petitioner is suffering from severe Lower Spinal Disc issues and

undergoing continuous treatment for the same at Annai Health Care

Centre, Avadi, Chennai. The petitioner further humbly submits that

he is a heart patient and suffering from severe heart disease who has

undergone Angioplasty for his heart disease very recently and has

been under regular supervision of Doctors. Furthermore, he has been

treated by placing cardiac stents. In order to substantiate the above

claim, the petitioner is herewith filing his Medical Records and the

same may kindly be treated as part and parcel hereof.

5. Under these circumstances, the petitioner humbly submit

that it is not suggestive and advisable for the petitioner to travel while

having medications. Hence, this petition praying to dispense with the

personal attendance of the petitioner and permit him to appear by

his pleader.

6. Further, this petitioner hereby undertakes to appear on the

necessary hearing dates in the future and undertakes to provide

utmost support to the court and the prosecution to complete the trial

of the pending cases.

7. Further, the petition hereby undertakes to abide by any

condition imposed by this Hon’ble Court.

8. Therefore, for the reasons stated above, the petitioner prays

that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispense with the
personal attendance of the petitioner and permit him to appear by

his pleader and pass such or other orders that this Hon’ble Court

deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case

and thus, render justice.
